Cupping & Pilates

A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭
Baton Rouge, LA

Hi everyone.
I don’t get massages because I find them TOO painful however I saw a live feed on Instagram about a local massage therapist that does cupping. She said it helps with circulation & relieves pain. She even mentioned she treats many patients with Fibromyalgia.
Has anyone tried it & what results did you get?
Also we have a local Pilates house. My sister attends due to her RA and her lupus. Does anyone use Pilates and does it help?

I have had cupping but did not find it helped much. That doesn’t mean it won’t help you so it is worth a try. I find massage extremely helpful.
