Members shared varied experiences with acupuncture and cupping therapy for fibromyalgia, with some reporting life-changing pain relief while others saw little to no benefit. Several members emphasized that acupuncture can take time and consistency to show results, with one member describing dramatic improvements after regular sessions with a specialized practitioner in Phoenix that allowed her to become completely drug-free. A recurring theme was the importance of trying different approaches since fibromyalgia affects everyone differently, along with community members offering practical suggestions including natural supplements like turmeric and ashwagandha, finding affordable options through acupuncture schools, and advocating for insurance coverage.

You are not going to believe this but I fly to Phoenix twice a year from Utah to see a absolute miracle doctor. His name is Dr. Milton Liu. He was born, raised and educated in China and has worked out of the same office in Phoenix for 40 years. I ended up there by word-of-mouth and after the first visit I felt like a new woman. He is truly gifted and a miracle healer. He has had decades of experience with fibromyalgia. I feel truly blessed to have found him and will continue seeing him until the day he retires which which I hope is not for another 200 years ! He is also covered by my insurance. Crazy great!!!
Because of him I am totally drug-free. The first time I saw him I stayed in Phoenix for two weeks and saw him seven times. I was completely pain-free for 31 days. A few months later I went back and repeated seven visits and it lasted for six months. So now I only go there twice a year. I know it seems extreme but when you used to spend every day of your life in bed because of pain it was totally worth it.
There are a few gals on this site that have gone to see him also that live in the Phoenix area and I have heard back from them. They have had the exact same experience I’ve had. I just can’t say enough about him.
I hope this helps!

To help pain and fatigue while Dr.'s screw with our lives look to natural medicine. Thyme for fatigue, I'm about to try it, been using Turmeric curcumin $20 for 60 days for pain, it really does help 1000 per day best. I break my pain meds in half and take 4X's a day, and never run out also see the Dr. every 5 weeks so they know I'm not over doing meds so no threat to cut me, Also Ashwagandha for stress brain and immune support, is pretty good.
Also Walgreens often has B1G1 free; so buy then for great deal's.If you need to shed some weight, beside going natual with vegis fruit n meat, no bakery; put one table spoon apple cider vinegar in an eight oz. bottle of water. this seriously curbs your appetite.
Still haven't got the right meds for depression, to help my crying; so I found something Walgreen's carry called "mood up, Stress down" a wellness brand, Its twenty $'s for month supply. Some store don't carry some do but can search or order online. May want to add a little milk thistle to help our liver as these meds can destroy it :( Also take zinc to support your immune system since this preys on it. I hope I have helped some of you! May God ease our pain, give us his joy; heal us, give DR.'s his wisdom on this and find a cure, Amen

Acupuncture was my miracle. If it wasn’t for acupuncture I would be in bed all day suffering like I used to.
I hope it will work for you too.

Dr Milton Liu. Please look him up on Google to get his address. He is off of the 17 freeway around Camelback and 19th Ave. He is a very no nonsense guy that does not engage in a lot of conversation. He just knows what to do and his goal is to fix you. Good luck! I’m so excited to hear how it goes !
