O and she said to try evening primrose oil. Which i still need to get.

I get swollen nodes under my arms and in my neck. Occasionally in my groin area but it's not as painful. Since it is never swollen when I go to the Dr. they say they aren't too worried about it. My blood work is always fine. But I also have Cystic breast tissue and my breasts along with under my arms will get really swollen and super painful. They said to take Vitamin E and Evening Primrose. I only take Vitamin E but found this to be extremely helpful.

Im so glad you brought that up. I assumed it was unrelated. The under arm I feel needly pains & my neck nodes feel bruised.

@A MyFibroTeam Member Yes! It is very widespread. My GYN at the time told me to expect that my overall body is probably cystic. She was right. I have Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome and Fibrocystic Breast Disease. I've had multiple surgeries on ovarian cysts to the point where back in 2014 I had my left ovary removed because I couldnt take the pain anymore. I've also had golf ball size cysts removed from both breasts. 90% of the time the tender spots go away on their own. But if one is particularly tender get a hot damp cloth and apply it 4xs/day. This helps tremendously along with the alcohol cottonballs.

Yes i do!! Thats what the breast center in new orleans told me. It even goes into the chest towards collar bone. Does yours do that? my next concern is the neck and groin.
