Back pain radiating down my legs from lower back so painful every time I moved I yelled out. Went to urgent care xray did not show any signs of damage and morphine injection had no effect.

Yes, sometimes it is so tight I have to be careful when I sneeze or cough. I had a pinched nerve...the only thing that helped was muscle relaxers.

Hi @A MyFibroTeam Member! Me too! I can generally handle it when I am home, but when it catches me when I am out and about it can be off putting. I rarely go places alone now because I never know when it will occur. Fortunately my children are use to it and know how to handle the occurrences. I was diagnosed with a compression fracture of the t-12 vertebra which pinches the siatic nerve.

An x-ray is not going to show anything you need a MRI it does sound like sciatica pain but it also could be a herniated disc pressing on a nerve which is what I have and that's the kind of pain I get

Sounds like sciatica pain. Try massage therapy. If you find a good massage therapist it will help. I have had that pain off and on.
