All the time. Gentle Yoga stretches and keeping them as flexible as possible helps. If they start to stiffen up the pain gets worse.

My hips hurt everyday.
I bought a new mattress, no relief.

What I did find that helps for me to sleep is a HEATED MATTRESS PAD!! I can not live without it. I had an electric blanket for years it was ok, but this is so much better.

My hips ache and get stiff, along with my knees, back, shoulders, and neck! I have to drive 50 miles a day for work, and I can barely get out of the car because of pain and stiffness. At least I can still work.
