I had vertigo before, I got diagnosed with fibromyalgia. Vertigo is no fun it comes and goes or lasts for days. My doctor prescribe me meclizine for dizziness and nausea. Vertigo you must be careful with because you can later on develop hearing lost. Depends on the person. I hope you can find some relief hugs πŸ€—

I have vertigo as well, but I had it before I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. I had an MRI done on my head, and I have calcium deposits in my ears, most likely due to the frequent ear infections I suffered as a child, and they're causing the vertigo. But mine only happens when I change position quickly (benign positional vertigo), so I guess that's better than having it all the time!
