Been using reistant bands for 20 odd years do to issues from my childhood. But weve noticed my strength has gone down use to use the black bands (highest resistance) n im now down to green which is annoying.

Take it easy with the bands, try the stretches and yoga without bands until you have built up the strength first.

yes, I have a bad shoulder and the resistance bands were recommended by my physiotherapist, there wonderful. Also, I found TIA CHI and can't recommended it enough. Luckily for me they offer a dues reduction form and I only pay #20 dollars a month-be sure if your interested in TIA CHI to ask about a dues reduction sheet, if available in your area.......in the meantime gentle hugs
