Members validated the original poster's experience of shaking hands, neck, and head after long work days, identifying it as a common fibromyalgia response when the body has been pushed too far. Several members shared similar symptoms including hand tremors that make everyday tasks like painting nails or holding drinks difficult, internal tremors, leg numbness, and muscle spasms, with many noting these worsen with overexertion, stress, or lack of sleep. Practical strategies shared included B-12 injections, CBD oil, muscle relaxers, laser acupuncture pens for tight muscles, and most importantly, recognizing these tremors as the body's signal to rest and reduce activity levels.

One of my first symptom was internal tremors and fatigue, it took my nurologist 16 months to diagnose me with fibromyalgia, he is also keeping it opened encase i may have other conditions. Use to feel like earthquake inside. Now I'm meds that help tremors and restless legs. Sometimes i do have outside tremors too.

Yes I work with my hands and certainly movement, or if I'm over tired , I have hand tremors. Some days it's barely noticeable, some days I can barely feed myself. Dr. Has me on B-12 injections plus I take a B complex, haven't noticed much difference so far

I have episodes ( some are full blown seizures) when I over do and try to push myself. It is a catch 22 bc we still need to be w friends but it is very embarrassing . I always want to be ..and appear- normal but it is hard to fake it when there are physical signs like the trembling etc. It is pretty much impossible to act like everything is ok when you are about to pass out. Or internally there are a million other painful symptoms that are happening at the same time. I feel like over stimulation, stress, frustration that we can't do "normal" things topple us (or me at least. I obviously can't speak for everyone)

Yes. This is your body's response and way of saying you have done to much. Normal fibro response.
