My feet are hot, too hard to wear shoes; or keep feet under covers! I dont have nurapathy but no one knows so they had me on gabapention but made me too tired. So started EstroVen sold at walgreens, this really helps me, hope it can for you.
This sounds good
Oh goodness! I know exactly what you are talking about! My feet and toes hurt me so bad, then they go numb when i walk. The only thing i have found is one of the pain sprays from Walmart. When they are really going at it hurting, i spray some on and lets up for awhile. Even letting up for awhile is a blessing....then if still hurting i spray again!
My feet freeze all the time. I sleep in wool socks and they are still cold. I put extra blankets Ron my feet and a heating pad. This past summer I had to give up wearing sandals because my feet would freeze while the rest of my body was sweating.
Hi @A MyFibroTeam Member, I have found that a poultice or compress with coconut oil/olive oil on a papertowel and sprinkled heavily with cayenne pepper heals things on my feet which are always cold and seem not to regularly get good circulation. I then tape it on, wrap my foot in bpa-free plastic wrap and cover that with a sock. I will wear it all night. Cayenne pepper draws blood flow and the life is in the blood, so healing does occur. I've healed deep cracks that were very painful on my heal in that way. I hope that helps you someway. Best to you, Andrea
