To counter-act fatigue as much as possible, I have tried to clean my diet to get rid of red meat, sugar (a biggie), diet soda, eat lean hormone, antibiotic free white meats or wild meats and fish, organic grains, fruits and veggies, extra-virgin olive oil, and supplement with a good multi-vitamin, plus vitamin D3, iron, and a good probiotic. Some people have found ginseng, bee propolis, and royal jelly to be helpful. I find drinking coffee helps me, but I do it early enough in the day that it doesn't interrupt my sleep. Getting enough quality sleep is important. That means no waking up during the night. If that keeps happening, you'll be tired consistently. Then you need to see the doctor. I had trouble getting to sleep, so my doctor put me on a sleeping medication. It has helped a lot. I find walking very difficult because of pain in my calves, but I do understand that getting outdoors and getting fresh air can help with fatigue, too.

Ask for Provigil. It is not an amphetamine, but it works really well for shift-workers. It was a big thing for students who wanted to ace tests. But I don' think insurance will usually cover it.
I have a diet pop addiction too! It’s hard giving up everything
Yes blueberries. As a matter of fact add all berries. Xoxo to all
