Has anyone had any problems with their hair falling out?

Yes, it common with fibro. If you are losing a lot of hair (more than 100 strands a day) it's called TE which should resolve between 3-6 months. Should also get your thyroid checked too. I had both issues even though my levels were low but still considered somewhat normal. I take evening primrose, apple cider vinegar rinses, and marine phytoplankton for nutrients and promoting hair growth. It's very scary to see all that hair fall out. Milk thistle also cuts down the inflammation and helps slow the hair loss as well as increase regrowth. I would try to take gel capsules in case you have digestion issues and are not absorbing nutrients as well, like iron. I also buy Vitamins Hair Growth Shampoo on Amazon which has coconut oil, biotin, and a bunch more good stuff, check the reviews. I swear that was one of the best purchases for me. I could tell in 3 weeks my loss has slowed down when it was at it's worst.

Yes, since before my actual diagnosis actually. My niece is a stylist. She told me the following when I asked:
"Start taking a multi-vitamin with biotin- take ones that are sublingual so your body doesn't have to rely on your digestive tract to absorb them.
Do scalp massages daily to promote blood flow to hair follicles.
Try to stress less, or do more stress-relief activities."
Farther down in our text messages she said we both need more wine, which I choose to categorize as "stress-relief activity", although not too much or I feel sick.

Also get your vit D levels checked as I had this issue and my GP straight away checked my vit D and it was exceptionally low. Since I’ve been taking supplements, the hair loss has decreased. Good luck resolving it xx
