My doctor told me to keep a diary for years so when symptoms would appear I could check and see if I had them before and if it was around the same time. It kept me from always thinking I had something knew. Still a little concerned I will actually get something serious and just assume it is Fibro. For such a long time I would be off to the doctor so sure I was sick and it was Fibro. Now I check my diary and it is the same thing the same time of year (usually). New symptoms always seem to occur as well.
