Has anyone read this FibroGuide CBT and helpful strategies written by University of Michigan Rheumatologists and Anesthesiologists? It is 82 pages long but has numerous recommendations by doctors that specifically study and treat fibromyalgia and chronic pain.
It may be worth your time when you’re feeling half way decent to read this and maybe get some good information and suggestions. And, it’s free.
I was looking for new fibromyalgia news and it listed the University of Michigan CBT on line for fibromyalgia. So I just googled University of Michigan CBT training for fibromyalgia.
There’s a lot of info, some things most of us are aware of but I’ve found some good suggestions to improve my negative/ depression issues that keep me from moving forward and helping myself. It also discusses ways to communicate with family and friends that may be skeptical of our issues.
I hope it helps.

Thank you for that. I will check it out.
How do you get it? Thank you for the info.
My Dr recommended it today. Can't quite figure it out. Any input would-be great
