Yes, my feet are horrible a mix of numb but with shooting, stabbing, burning pains and sometimes I could swear there are broken bones somewhere inside at the top and side of my feet, it is hard to walk plus my posture has gone to pot because of this, I always used to walk upright and proudly but not now sigh xxx

Yes I do. And I hate it. So I rub the bottom of my feet with essential oils (peppermint oil and lavender oil. ) it seems to work.

I haven't gotten that feeling. I get the pins and needles feeling.. It feels like my feet are cold but they aren't. Sometimes when I walk I feel like my foot bones are pulling apart. The doctor said it was from plantar facitis. I've heard others say their feet feel like that. I guess it is not uncommon. hugs

The pain in my feet is so bad somedays that all I can do is cry. I put a heating pad on them and cry. Rice bags I make for the microwave work good too. It's like walking on broken glass and hot coals. God bless anyone who deals with it.

I experience shooting pains through my heels and down the sides of my feet. The pain also extends through the backs of my heels which can stop me dead. Like you I end up leaning on my crutches holding my leg up like a dog with a sore paw. I do try to walk through it, most days I'll take a slow stroll with my dog and now my hips are killing me. I take paracetamol and codeine, oramorph when all else fails but try to grin and bear it as meds have an impact on other health issues. Sending you a hug xx
