Ok in a lot of pain, decided to try the cbd oil. It's arriving tomorrow. My question is this- is this a take it at night kind of thing? I'm one of those people who if a drug says may cause drowsiness I'm out like a light. Or is this something I can use during the day?

Members responding to a question about when to use CBD oil overwhelmingly recommended trying it at night first to gauge drowsiness effects, then gradually moving to daytime use if it proves safe and effective. Several members shared mixed experiences with CBD, with some finding relief from pain and others reporting no benefit, noting that dosage, strength (measured in milligrams), and delivery method (oil, gummies, topical application) vary widely in effectiveness. A recurring theme was the importance of starting slowly and safely, especially for those sensitive to drowsiness, with one member sharing success using gummy bears in small doses during the day after discovering a full dose made them too spaced out.

Yes, night...it makes me sleepy. Some people it doesn't though...but night to be safe.

Be safe first and always. Try it at nite or when you will not be leaving home. That way you'll be safe first in case you go out like a light, which I'll be happy for you if it happens so you can rest, but others around you will be safe too. Falling asleep at the wheel, stumbling in a store because you're drowsy, is not safe for anyone. You are wise to ask, wise try it in the safety of home first.πŸ’œπŸ˜΄

LOL @A MyFibroTeam Member how's that for a scientific dosage? Got them on amaon of all places, and correct it's not the THC the brand is hemp direct.

Ugh 8 inches of staples, bless you that must be awful. I tried the gummy bears. A whole one and I'm a little spaced out. But... like a half or a third (don't judge me, but biting the head off one so whatever that works out to LOL) this morning at work, and I'm functioning better. The oil I got is like take a whole dropper full. I tried just one drop to see and that did absolutely nothing. I'm thinking maybe I need a different oil.

I use it during the day at times but I find it is very good to use directly on where the pain is. It works very well if massaged on the area in pain. For sleeping a combination of CBD and THC works very well.
