Members shared their experiences with fibromyalgia tender points, with many reporting pain in most or all of the 18 recognized points, and some describing being bedridden for days after medical exams that pressed on these sensitive areas. Several members discussed managing carpal tunnel symptoms that often accompany fibromyalgia, recommending Velcro wrist wraps worn loosely at night, iGo braces from Amazon, and gentle pressure techniques using tools like a Thera Cane to provide temporary relief without causing inflammation. A recurring theme was the challenge of balancing symptom management with quality of sleep and the reality of living with widespread pain that affects nearly every part of the body.

It’s called iGo in Amazon. It’s about $30 each. If you know Wish.com i it’s items from China dirt cheap. I prefer USA but everything is from there anyway. I saw knock offs for about $1 and $1 s&h. I have frequently found the same things on Amazon so just because it’s less doesn’t mean it’s inferior. This is not a commercial or endorsement. Just trying to save you money

Have you tried the Velcro wrap. It does not have to be tight. It moves your thumb and pinkie towards each other and opens the carpal tunnel to relieve pressure on the nerve. I wear them to sleep. Numb hands no longer wakes me and I have no symptoms during the day

I am right up there with Jody 18-20 points plus other stupid simptoms. Streching with a pool nooodle across your back and lots of neck stretched help loosen those point. Give minor relief for minor time.

When I was checked I had 18 of the 18. After that appointment I was down a couple days from him checking the tender points.
