For the last 4-5 weeks, I was generally feeling really good with high(er) energy levels and just 1-2 painful days per week. Brain fog was pretty much cleared up as well. Yes the change of seasons is a killer for me. Especially summer to fall for some reason. I have acupuncture weekly during flares. This really helps. I also try to keep my muscles warm and loose. I use a runners roller on them and also do stretches. I just ordered Ancient Minerals magnesium lotion from amazon. I was told fibro patients lack magnesium and this helps with muscle tightness and tingling. Time will tell. Good luck to you!

I lived in Ohio and the cold weather was really rough for me; so I had finally made the move and moved down here to Tampa, Florida. This up coming fall/winter season will be my first here, so I hope 🤞 it will be good for me. So far doing better than being in Ohio.
