Do you feel that taking vitamins help with your ailments at all? What ones do you take?

I take Vit C - Vit E - Vit D3 (3,000 mg) - Omega 3 - COQ10 - B100 - B12 - Folic Acid - Biotin, 5HTP and Magnesium (the magnesium is in the form of Natural Calm). I feel that taking the above "collection" does help. My doctor says that for my age I'm in pretty good shape, excluding the fibro issue. She feels that the vitamins are definitely doing some good as I am 76 years old. On my good days it's 'You go girl!'. On my bad days, it's 'Hell hath no fury like a woman in pain'.

I take 8000 iu of D a day with B12 and a multi. Doesn't seem to make any difference for most things but the D improves my mood I think. Id like to try magnesium. Hear great things when used externally.
