Can Anyone Recommend A Good Hip Support

I did have one years ago but lost it and now I could do with one again I have hip dysplasia and just recently the pain is unbearable and I could do with one so I can get on with my daily (not) activity's lol

I bought one from Amazon which helps but you may need a more surgical one but until you get that try looking on Amazon. I'm not sure of the name of mine and I havent it to hand but I'm sure I've posted on here before about it. It's an elasticated one for my sacroilliac joint pain and it got me through the toughest pain and now I only wear it when my hip is bad 💜

Go to a top orthopedic surgeon. He is In the Know. Maybe he can or will refer you to top docs to help you with your diagnoses, too.
