I'm on a low carb diet. I've eliminated gluten and sugar completely. Eat mostly vegetables, small amounts of fruit and grass fed beef , chicken and lots of fish. It's getting easier. Start slow. Eliminating maybe carbs from one meal a day.... look up low carb diets, Paleo diets( some are more restrictive than others). Hope this helps.
Ps. While it hasn't helped my pain , it definitely helps feeling less bloated.

Yes! I googled Fibromyalgia Diet and came across several sites that went over different foods to avoid because they cause flares and I started eliminating things from my diet and after a couple months I realized how much better I was doing and how good I felt 😁
