Dizziness
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Looking for suggestions/recommendations for dealing with the "Fibro dizziness"..it's keeping me from feeling comfortable driving! I'm attempting to go back to work in August..and have to find a way to not only tolerate a modified work day...but handle a 20-30 min drive! Thanks In advance💜

Hi, Lorraine14. Have u tried the exercise I mentioned ? That will treat what you're referring to as fibro dizziness. Do it daily when you wake up & if you want, you can also close your eyes doing it. It was a vertigo doctor that taught me.

@A MyFibroTeam Member My Mum is on Serc and is doing much better. She had been suffering from severe bouts of dizziness . She would get so sick. I've only had bad vertigo once and would not wish it on anyone. I've had a few bouts of dizziness ,but not too bad , thank goodness. hugs
Hope you find relief dear @A MyFibroTeam Member

@naynay1978 I was dizzy for several months, so bad I couldn't get out of bed some days. Finally went to GP and she discovered that I was taking too much of my heart medicine Carvadilol (sp). The Doctor cut it back and I was all better the next day. Hugs 🤗 Sandy
