Does anyone else have tremors or sudden muscle jerks during the day? It doesn't hurt, just a sudden spasm of my whole body or a large part of it like a leg or my torso.
I'm not sure if it is the fibromyalgia or a side effect of the Cymbalta at this point. It's getting more frequent. It used to just happen at night while I was trying to go to sleep. Started happening during the day now.

Members overwhelmingly related to experiencing tremors and sudden muscle jerks throughout the day and night, with many identifying restless leg syndrome as a likely culprit and others attributing symptoms to fibromyalgia itself or medications like Cymbalta and Lyrica. Several members described particularly painful or disruptive spasms in specific areas, including the neck, back, throat, hands, and feet, with some finding relief through medications like Flexeril, stretching, or massage. A recurring theme was the shared frustration of unpredictable muscle movements that disrupt sleep and daily life, met with reassurance that these experiences are common within the fibromyalgia community and not something members face alone.

The Tendons in my feet go so spastic they cause my toes to cross over one another, it is very painful. It also pulls the rest of my toes inward it is very strange to see.

Well at least now i know it's not just me, my neck, arms or legs depending on the mood they are in tend to randomly spasm (probably just to let me know that they are still there..LOL..)
Also for a few years suffered with hands and feet muscles "scrunching" up with extremely bad pain until i can shake it out..
I am on Amtrip, Zapain, Fluoxatine.. and anti inflammatory..
