Unfortunately there is not a definitive blood test for fibro. But, ,a good Rheumatologist will know how to check your tender points and you will get diagnosed from there and the symptoms your are having. Somewhere in all of this fibro journey, I ended up with Epstein-Barr virus - the adult version of Mono that I did not have the benefit of getting by making out with cute guys in backseats lol. I go back and forth with an ANA that will be positive a few times then negative. I am being monitored for Lupus.

Afraid not, it's a process of elimination. I believe it's Lots of tests that come back negative. With your history, presentation of symptoms then the diagnosis !! 🤗
