Members across the UK and US shared mixed experiences with CBD oil for fibromyalgia pain, with some reporting meaningful relief that allowed them to reduce prescription medications by half, while others found it ineffective or experienced side effects like increased appetite and dry mouth. Several members recommended purchasing from Holland & Barrett, CBD Tardis Glasgow, or cbdbrothers.com, emphasizing the importance of researching reputable sellers due to concerns about diluted or mislabeled products sold online, and starting with lower strengths before gradually increasing. A recurring theme was the hope that CBD oil could offer a safer, less habit-forming alternative to long-term opioid use, though members acknowledged the high cost and noted that results varied widely from person to person.

I have started using CBD in capsules and in oil and I get it from cbdbrothers.com ( it is a mine field with dosages and % of plant used and I have found this the best site so far ) , to be honest with you i have cut my meds down by half and thats after one week. it is rather expensive but if it saves me taking so many meds then its worth the price. As for the munchies I have found I have lost weight with it. As it is plant extract i would rather become dependant on it that than be dependant on co-codamal, gabapentin and amitriptyline. I did try smoking Cannabis but did not like the out of control feeling that it gives me. On bad days I also vape the liquid.

Funny enough I was researching this a few days ago. I've ordered a CBD oral spray from a uk website lovecbd.org
Apparently it's best to start off with a spray if you're new to using CBD Oil. I'll post my results on here in a cpl of wks. Fingers crossed it works for me, but I have read a lot of positive reviews, so I'm hoping for some good results xxx

Over the counter CBD oil just gave me the munchies! Hunger pangs kicked in, so undoes all my dietary work. Trouble is, it does create a 'bubble-like' existance ( as others have mentioned when you become dependant on it!) Friend recommend a UK CBD website - but don't know it's address. Look into it if you're interested.

Hi hun. I use CBD OIL in my vap. I use it when in alot of pain or just before going to bed. It does help with the pain and help me to have a good sleep. Some times i can sleep for 8 - 10 hrs when i.ve used it. I think when you have a good sleep its half the battle. Try it and see if it suits you. XXX
