I'm using DōTerra oils it helps a lot. I'm not on any meds. You also have to learn your limits of what you can do.

Hi I cut out sugar, as I know now it really makes my pain flare up. I can eat richtea biscuits, and an occasional piece of cake, but definitely No fizzy drinks or artificial sweeteners! And Epsom salts in the bath, brilliant. Huge box for £20, mine lasted a year of regular use.
I can't use shop bought perfumed ones (and even well know health food shop in overpriced at £7 for a small container)
Here's the link if you'd like to try it. Very relaxing and a natural way to absorb magnesium.

I use marijuana CBD and THC. Same things cancer patients for nausea. It causes my appetite to be better. I use it everyday for pain control and nausea.

I use marijuana CBD. It does not give a high it just relieves the pain really well. My fibro doctor allows me to do that and he is helping me get off other meds. I am so relieved to find something that works. It is legal here in Oregon so it is easy to get but expensive for a month. That is the only drawback. You must be 21 years old to purchase it. I am 64 and have had fibro for 20 years and this is the best pain control I have ever had.

I take magneium supplements - haven't noticed if they help but I know they can't hurt. I've also tried Physical therapy and massage and both helped me.
