That also happened to me I was on six different medications taking 21 tablets a day for pain and other things. I gained over 50 lb I was still in so much pain and I felt horrible.
I got tired of living like a zombie and got off medications I didn't need except for Lyrica and pain pills. I was not depressed I was a product of my disease fibromyalgia. I lost the 50 lb I started exercising eating better and taking better care of myself.
I do not want my kidneys and liver to malfunction and be on any type of dialysis or life support. Think everything that goes in your mouth goes through your stomach, kidneys, liver, and intestines. I do not want to go on dialysis or be on life support.
I'm still in pain but I'm dealing with it better and I am a better person for it. I am 66 years old and have had fibromyalgia for over 12 years. Good luck to you. 💜

I'm on 9 different tablets daily apart from the pain killers I just thought it would be be a good idea to reduce what I could. After all the feed back and reading up I think I will leave well alone as I'm reasonablely stable at the moment. I'm only 66 have wonderful support from my husband and family just wish I could have more of my old self back, sorry to moan hope you are having a better day

@A MyFibroTeam Member. I have to stop taking for a week in order to have an epidural in my lower back bc of so much back pain. It's my last hope. I stopped Thursday and had the worst headache of my life yesterday. My head went crazy when I stood up. Throbbing like nothing I'd ever experienced. Then when I laid back down it would take forever to stop throbbing but didn't quit hurting until the evening. Went to bed and got up to go pee and the throbbing started back. Today another headache not as bad. Eased off and is easing back.
Tonight I'm crying like crazy. Feel very depressed. Not sure an epidural is worth this. Or if I get thru the week maybe should just stop taking.
