No but I take yoga classes and find it helps with balance stress and flexibility, I wouldn't feel as well as I do today if I didn't do yoga. Im not self disciplined enough to do it on my own I need a class!

I have it and it's good. My problem is I need someone to kick my butt to get me to do it.

Yoga, massage and Thi Chi (spelling) have helped me. I also take meds but I think these extras help with my balance.

It's like yoga for older people. If you YouTube that you will find the same information. I can list all the poses and you can look them up.
Try this one,

It looks super easy and it isn't for us. So take it slow and easy. Gentle hugs!
