Where is the area of your most severe pain? Mine is my lower back, lumbar area. It's constant, never goes away, and is most severe in the morning.

Arms, hands, shoulders, and feet are the worst for me. I am unable to fall asleep at night due to pain in my arms and feet. My feet feel like they are burning off at night.
Shoulders, neck and head - I can cope with pain anywhere else but if it is in the head region, I am unable to function.
@A MyFibroTeam Member That is a perfect description of what it feels like on the feet sizzling. I just ordered some CBD salve off of Ebay for my feet and arms it had really good reviews so I am going to give it a shot.
