If you could tell your newly diagnosed self, just one thing you have learned about fibro or yourself since diagnosis, What would it be?

Self, it's OK to say no. Then forgive yourself for saying no.
Lather, rinse, repeat.

I guess I would tell myself that it's ok to NOT be normal. I am only human and unfortunately there is no cure yet. Don't loose hope as hope and love are all you have in this world. If one is gone from your life, the other has a hard time existing. Not everyone will understand when you have to say 'no', but it's ok. Be the person that you wish to be.....don't let anyone squash your dreams. Hope for a cure! I love you just the way you are!
