I planted some seeds but it grows wild in some places. It's a mild form like opiates & can make it into a tea or tincture.

Just lay thm on a baking tray and dry them with the oven on very low. Just make sure they don't brown because they will lose strength and taste bitter :)
Obviously you wouldn't drink it all day everyday but a few times a week it brings good relief
@A MyFibroTeam Member I make a tea from dried wild lettuce. You would have to consume a lot to have a trippy experience. The tea is very relaxing and I have had friends try it and they end up sprawled across my couch smiling, happy and relaxed lol. Some people are a little afraid/skeptical of natural remedies. Like any medicine herbs have there place in moderation and can be truly beneficial for some people x
My Tranquili-Tea
a handful of dried sage - four dried dandelion leaves-five or six dried wild lettuce leaves- a few peppermint leaves and then add a t-bag of your favorite organic tea / black or flavored variety. You can also add powdered ginger, cracked pepper, cinnamon any spices you like, to your own taste
We have wild lettuce in our yard. Be careful to identify all herbs correctly and dry them in the oven on baking trays with the oven on low ,until they are dry but not discolored. This Tea is soothing for the tummy and digestion. It keeps well in an airtight container as long as it has been dried sufficiently.
Nurture,nourish ....enjoy xx

Can buy on Amazon, but don't waste your money! Did nothing for me and tasted horrible. Just one mans opinion.
I guess I'll stick to cannabis & CBD!
Hi I bought a bottle of herbal sleeping pills that contained wild lettuce, that was meant to induce sleep with one pill. I took two and it didn't do a anything. Lettuce has a soporific (drowsiness) effect in large doses and wild lettuce is meant to be the strongest, but it didn't do much for me. I've not heard of it as a pain pill.
