yes I have TMJ and I found a doctor years ago that would give injections into the joint....I haven't had one in several years but it was the only thing that helped with the pain

Yes I have alot of poping in my left jaw and ear it's like I am getting lock jaw something that helps me is taking one of my husband long white socks filling it with white rice tieing a knot at the end and heating it in the microwave for about 4-5 min becareful not to catch it on fire!??πŸ”₯😏

Yep, it's TMJ (not fibro related but fibro can flair it) and there are stretches for your jaw that can help The one that seems to help me the most is stretching your lower jaw out so your bottom front teeth stick out beyond your upper front teeth--but there are others, just look them up online Like Tina says heat helps as does ibuprophen

Hi Tina, sounds like tmj, poor you, you need to see your doctor, but in the mean time, what I have been told todo, is put warm wheat bag on my face, not eat hard foods and cut up things like apples..I get migraines from it I have it now..sounds like you need to see a specialist..good luck Tina I find if I'm stressed I get it or when I eat, and I grind my teeth at night so wear a mouth guard..my grinding has led to bone loss and a few more problems x
