I've seen a lot of ads for CBD oil but I don't know which one to try or really the best way to use it. I live in Florida.
I use CBD in a white crystalline cream, given to me by my Neurologist. You rub one pump (that's a dose) on the back of your neck, and for me, my headache leaves in 10 or 15 mins. I will put the website on here. My Neurologist gave it to me for my migraines & headaches. It has a patent on it. It works through nerve endings, so doesn't have to go through your blood system and be filtered out. It's a little pricey at first 130.00 for a bottle with 60 doses in it. You don't have to use it every day, unless you need it. I've had my bottle for 3 months...so that works out to only 43.00 a month, well worth it for me. Here is the website if you want to read about it or order it: www.cannidex.com
I use CBD both sub-lingual drop and in a non-nicotine vape.
@A MyFibroTeam Member I get my CBD from a local vape shop in my community it is sold as a sub-lingual but can be vaped as well. I spent a year and a half researching and then spoke with my Dr and several other medical professionals I know about it before I decided to give it a go. I was looking for something more natural and non addictive to use to ease my pain. So far this is helping me.
Hi I also live in Florida. I get CBD oil from the chiropractor in a ceam form. Also the natural health stores. And you can buy it there and just add it to any kind of cream you have to rub it into your skin. I. In Clermont. 🍫❤️B
