Members connected over experiencing sudden involuntary jerks, with most describing movements in their arms, legs, hands, and body rather than just the head, often occurring when trying to relax or without warning during daily activities. Several members shared that these jerks can be startling or frightening, with some describing them as tic-like movements that have persisted for months or years, while one member mentioned a possible connection to fibromyalgia or pinched nerves. A recurring theme was the relief of knowing they weren't alone in this experience and the acknowledgment that these involuntary movements are part of living with chronic conditions.

Yes, it almost seems like tics. Had one yesterday driving home. My head moves up or side to side. It's been going on for 2 years maybe more but I notice it more frequently.
