Numb Hands And Feet
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Does anyone else get pins and needles in their hands and feet and then they go numb?

Doesn't have to be Reynauds.. I have pins and needles and don't have Reynauds. Mine is simply from over sensitive nerves from the waist down, lack of stretching and physio would help. Trigger point work on your hips.. the cause is likely anywhere from your hips down and could be circulation or any number of things. I would try physio first, stretching, magnesium etc.

I get this all the time too and can be related to doing activities so if I am using my hands a lot eg typing/texting can happen then. My feet tend to be more at night and if they are in certain positions. Can also happen with bad weather. They also feel swollen which they're not and I can't wear my wedding ring.

I find wriggling my fingers helps.
