Never heard of it
I stood on an equine version and thought I was going to die!!!
@A MyFibroTeam Member I actually own a cheap one n have found that it does work the muscles n my butt isn't as flat lol not a good thing if fat which I am. π. I find walking from my car to work n back at the end of the day a struggle so any other exercise is hard to do, have a stuffed knee also n find if I stand with perfect posture the vibration plate helps my knee as that leg has less strength due to fibro n it possibly led to the partial dislocated kneecap I have had. I used to be a gym bunny n it's a struggle to not be able to exercise for an hour plus. There are exercises out there to do with fibromyalgia on vibration plate n I guess I was trying to see if anyone has found n had success with them?
No my backs stuffed, so no good for me π
Hmmm sounds interesting. Never heard of it? Can you post a pic?
