A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I see magnesium is a big part of many people's supplement regime. I was told 600 mg in divided does. What are y'all taking?

I've been taking 793 mg mag maleate. Bottle says 1-3 per day. Think I'm going to try one at night too. My restless leg issues are major

Also, Epsom Salts has magneseum in it. If u put a few cups in your bath (or even while showering so your feet can absorb) it helps ease pain A Lot. Be sure to drink lots of water though too because the Epsom Salts leeches out the toxins and water from your body. Gentle stretching innthe tub daily, with the epsom salts can be very beneficial.

I take Magnesium Glycinate 1200 mh once a day. The one with Glycinate is absorbed better so that was why they recommended that one. I found it helped with the muscle spasm especially in my legs and feet

I take a once a day dose of an 850mg tab and take this late evening as it helps relax muscles and gives me a better sleep. Lower doses are not so effective. Also try using magnesium oil on very sore spots - apparently it is better absorbed into our system via the skin and will target a particular zone. 🌻🌻🌻

I take 400 to 800 mg of magnesium glycinate everyday . I break it up through the day depending on how bad my muscle spasms are., mine is powder form I got from a Natropathic Dr. Specifically for the spasms. It actually helps minimize my spasms from a level 8 to level 2 . I dont know what I would do with out this supplement.
