Have u ever tried an herb called feverfew I took a few times I never got another one it's been years now

I get them almost every day. I take 4 ibuprofen at a time and it pretty much takes care of the headache. I went to see a neurologist and he put me on some kind of med that was supposed to be preventative for migraine and another to take when headache came on. Neither one worked. I've pretty much given up on all these different doctors.

@A MyFibroTeam Member.10 - I get the "touching of the head" that hurts and a headache. My eyes are a big problem. My eye doctor told me to use Refresh Tears only. Nothing else over the counter. I also have Glaucoma so I have to be careful what I put in the eyes. I use the Refresh and it does help.

I make sure my room is dark and wear glasses every time I go outside. I do have allergies real bad so I take allergy pills. You also can try a hot or cold hand towel over your eyes. Try messaging your head especially your temples and I put pressure on my eyes. Hope you feel better soon 🦋
