Does it just help w headaches or will it also help body pain and fatigue?

I have found this cream that I put on my hands, shoulders, hips where I have deep nerve pain..& my forehead when I have a migraine . it works on all those areas, I love this cream. I went and put some on that area waited 5 minutes and took a needle poked both sides and it really wasn't bad .. it numbed it enough I could have put the needle all the way through.. lol I was really surprise :)
