I have had good luck with hydroxyzine. I was initially taking it for restless legs, but it helped me stay asleep. Just have to remember to take it before 9pm so there is no grogginess in the morning. I normally take Lyrica at bedtime and that is sufficient. But if I go a couple of days with poor sleep I sub out with the hydroxyzine for a night.

Low dose lorazepam and lexapro, gentle yoga, essential oils, acupuncture and loving supportive relationships..... the ticket my friend!

My rheumatologist spent two years finding my answer. I take three chlorazapam which I recently learned is a tranquilizer. At least I think that's the one. Then I take 100 mg of Trazadone which keeps me asleep. It is not a deep, totally relaxing sleep, but it sure beats my previous pattern of getting only 45 minutes to two hours a night.

Red rooibos tea, Trazadone, trizinidine, calcium/magnesium all before bed.
