Members connected over the shared experience of restlessness and brain fog, describing how hard it can be to settle their minds and concentrate, with many feeling like they have ADD and experiencing this on most days. Several members shared strategies that help them, including watching TV to redirect focus, switching between activities to accommodate shifting attention, practicing meditation or prayer to calm anxious thoughts, using color therapy to relax the brain, and prioritizing good sleep and holistic approaches to managing anxiety. A recurring theme was the importance of self-compassion and finding what works for your own body, whether that's rest, gentle distraction, professional support, or creating an energizing environment with bright colors and flowers.

Yes, anxiety and brain fog are terrible some days. I feel like I have ADD these past years I swear. Work on reducing anxiety holistically and getting good sleep at night. See my page for further details..... Hugs

I'm into red yellow orange these days. They energize me and make me feel optimistic. I get flowers every week or to and wear colours. Oh and we just ordered a bright red sectional!
