Right I'm in the need for a new mattress, I have Fibromyalgia, Joint Hypermobility and Sciatica. I'm in so much pain every morning and need something that will help reduce my pain.

So my question to you is what mattress would you suggest and why?

It needs to be something I can get in the UK :)

I have been looking at the N:rem mattress and was wondering if anyone had one and if it was any good.

Fanks :)

Members shared recommendations for mattresses that help manage fibromyalgia, joint hypermobility, and sciatica pain, with memory foam options being the most frequently mentioned for their pressure-relieving qualities. Several members described specific UK-available options, including Benson for Beds firm mattresses with memory foam toppers, Dreams memory foam models with return policies, Highgrove Aloe Vera sprung memory mattresses, and Tempur mattresses, while others suggested Sleep Number beds for adjustable firmness and emphasized the importance of testing mattresses in-store before purchasing. A recurring theme was that finding the right mattress often requires trial and error, with members encouraging the original poster to take advantage of return policies and share their experience with the N:rem mattress they ultimately chose.
