Members shared a wide variety of supplements they use to combat fibromyalgia-related fatigue, with magnesium, potassium, vitamin D, and B vitamins emerging as the most frequently mentioned options. Several members recommended specific products including Enzamatic drinks formulated by a doctor with fibromyalgia, Fibrolief for natural symptom relief, and homemade berry smoothies with yogurt for gut health and inflammation. A recurring theme was that while supplements can provide noticeable improvement, they work best when combined with listening to your body, resting without guilt, and paying attention to dietary triggers like sugar and refined carbs that can worsen fatigue.

Magnesium and potassium. Enzomatic also make a great drink with everything imaginable that I like. It's specially developed for people with fibromyalgia by a Dr. who has it too

I feel much better when I take all my vits and minerals etc.. a vast improvement. I take multi, extra zinc and magnesium, gut bacteria and fish oils. Fatigue is often stress related, if I eat sugar or white bread I get tired... so it's not always a direct fibro thing.

I make a fruit shake, Love berries so mix 3/4 cup of frozen berries- blueberries are the best. add natural yogurt for guts and milk and sugar if you want. I like it sweet and with milk, but ever just fruits help with feet swelling and all over feeling of fatigue.
