It could be compared to the flu. I thought maybe the change of life as well but my doctor says not likely. Since I take a pretty high dose of replacement therapy. I get a little shaky too when I start sweating. Then notice the chills. Just mentioned sunburn as it was the only thing I could think of to compare the hot and cold combo feeling at the same time. Maybe stress related?

I did a lot of sweating when I was on cymbalta. It's a side effect. But it is also a symptom of fibromyoliga. Thyroid problems to. I still sweat alot but not like I use to.

Is it related to Cymbalta, or just another FM symptom?

I get that a lot too. Is that another thing with fibromyalgia?
