I thought I might mention he brand I have found works for me: iLoveSIA Women's Seamless Everyday Bra Wirefree Non Padded. Bought from Amazon.
I am 38D and sagging... old age and kids, so can't go without... but these are smooth under t-shirts too although sometimes the lace front shows up.

I have worn sport bra's for several years. And remind everyone the easiest way to get a sport bra on IS FEET FIRST !!! It saves u a lot of work over your head. !!!!

I am writing this sat in the kitchen, I have some light, loose fitting trousers, on and a loose fitting tee shirt. I have panties on but no bra. I hate them, I have never enjoyed wearing them especially the ones with wires but since the fibro I hardly ever wear them. Never at home, if I am just going shopping or visiting family or friends or they visit me, I wear one of those soft ones more like a cropped top, I suppose it is a sports bra of sorts. The ones I have I got from Groupon they had an offer of a pack of six for £15 GBP and they have been washed and worn many times and are still good. I also bought a pack for my friend in Spain who had just undergone a mastectomy and found others uncomfortable and she said this was the best gift anyone had bought for her.

When going out I do wear pretty bra's but again soft cotton ones with no underwiring and as soon as I am back through the door off they come ha ha.

@A MyFibroTeam Member, I find the socks made for diabetics with the soft tops are best, I wear them under trousers with no problem when my legs and ankles swell, but usually only when I go out, if my feet are cold around the house I wear some nice soft bed socks with my slippers, toasty toes and no digging in.

@A MyFibroTeam Member It doesn't matter if a bra fits correctly, it would still hurt because anything that pushes in on my body hurts me. My clothes have to be too big or they hurt. If they fit properly I can't wear them. That's why i don't wear a bra unless it is absolutely necessary and then it is a bra that is too big for me. Even my watch has to be loose. I wear no jewelry or anything else that is unnecessary. There are times when I have to take off my shoes (which fit loosely on my feet) because I can't stand the pressure. There is no area of my body that is immune to this. If I put my cell phone in my pocket my pants will fall down.
