Anyone else sensitive to sunlight? Not only does it give me headaches/migraines if I don't wear sunglasses I end up very burnt after a short amount of time.
I burn very quickly but have been diagnosed with rosacea last year so told to protect my skin even more.
Are you on any medication? As some can affect how you catch the sun. I've been on a few that say on the information leaflet that comes with them, and a few that my GP has even warn me about before prescribing them to me.
Always thought it was my fair complexion, but I'm so with you on this. I always wear sunglasses and usually a hat. I find my nerves calm down once I pull my obpeg curtains in each room. I use a lot of side lightening.
I also suffer terribly from sunlight. I practically wear sunglasses permanently while driving. I also never had a problem driving at night and now passing vehicles often blind me.
Since childhood I have never been able to cope the sunlight, hurts my eyes and gives me headaches. Apart from a few winter months I wear sunglasses constantly
The sun bothers my eyes other then that I live to be out in the sun.
