I live in Wichita, Kansas.
There are several Board Certified Infectious Disease and Board Certified Internal Med. physicians in Wichita.
That's great that you are positive and proactive!
Several are in a Group there. Contact tbe office, ask for the Manager, then ask which m.d.'s are recommended for your diagnoses. Many times, even the best docs are too busy w/current patient load, or may be downsizing towards retirement.
Ask what other Infectious Disease offices might be able to help you.
This is why asking for the Manager, is key. She knows the office, the respective community, and has the time to speak with you versus the busy receotionist or a new hire.
Focus on healthier foods, light, gentle exercise, and ridding life of as many stressors.
You and your new M.D. can work together in your quest to a healthier, happier life.
To YOU!

I am finding it difficult to get the doctors to work as a team. It gets so overwhelming to try and make sure everyone has all the records. I would really love to find a good fibro doctor. Let me know also if anyone has one. Thanks Jozie
Sounds like a plan. Thanks so much!
I agree with you! Some say they specialize but I sure haven't experienced it. I'm so unhappy with the care I've been getting. Thank you.
