I broke my ankle last year and it took me longer to heal because of the fibromyalgia. I'm also dizzy all the time so I can't move around much and my legs suffer because of it. It's starting to warm up here and I'm going to try to walk outside even if I have to use my walker. Exercise is so hard when you hurt all over and have an movement disorders.

Currently in the process of figuring out why I have muscle wasting going on when 6 months ago I had good full muscle tone going on all over yet in 6 months I've lost a considerable amount of muscle mass and tone. MS is one of the deals being looked at as are a few other conditions that muscle wasting is part of the condition.
