I have severe pain in my left hand 90 percent of the time in my left hand and about 20percent in my right. It drives me crazy wakes me up at night feels relentless. X just stretching and moving seems to ease it a little. Take care xx

Any of the "rubs" would help a lot. I always had my husband rub my neck and shoulders with Capzasin. It burns at first but the more you use it the better the response. I am sure if you try any of the rubs you will find relief.. By the way - -the person who will be rubbing it on you should use plastic gloves. It burns on their fingers. It is not a burning feeling that you can't stand. Believe me. It's almost on the idea of the benefits of using a heating pad. Try it - - I think you will find it helps a lot. Gob Bless - Terry.

A combination of the above answers and a heat pad is what I use to get relief.
Not that it is guaranteed to stop it but it might relax you a bit.

I get those pains too. I work at Starbucks and I'm always using my shoulders. Massage helps a lot.
