@A MyFibroTeam Member Oh yes! Another Fibro problem. I must have something to drink when eating or I will get choked every time. I have gotten choked so badly that I thought I was going to choke to death. Be sure to keep something to drink when you are eating. Hugs

I've always had to have a drink of water or milk (soda, tea) to help swallow whatever I was eating.

Yes I do. But i have thyroid issues. I currently have strep I've been suffering with gor 3 weeks. I got different meds somewhat feeling better.

@A MyFibroTeam Member I have the same symptom at times...It's like you said you forget to swallow...I'm trying to tell my throat swallow because the pills are not going down and it doesn't understand. very scary....doesn't happen often but still not a good feeling to have everything just stuck and you can swallow

Bread and potatoes ball up in my mouth and get stuck in throat.
