Yes, I also get short of breath with even small, short activities. It's gotten worse over the years too with getting older.

Never associated it with fibro before but have had asthma checks in the past due to shortness of breath!

Yes, SOB (shortness of breath) is common with fibro. Starting having at beginning b4 dx with did stress tests, et all blood work. Then saw Rheumatologist et was dx. Also have hypokalemia (low potassium). Should always get it checked out though just to be safe that it's nothing else:( God bless et hugs.

Yes!! So is sighing. Fibro affects the fibers of the entire body. Take your time. Don't push yourself

It probably is anxiety and fatigue. I'm sorry this is happening to you. It feels like each day it's something else. Don't give up. Try and walk around as much as you can even if it's just around your house. Good luck. Do you have asthma? If so you better check with doctor. Hugs
